Born February 11, 1997, Connecticut originating singer, songwriter, and producer Chelsea Cutler has come a long way from recording songs in her own bedroom. At just 17 she began uploading unique acoustic covers to Soundcloud where she would blend various songs from different genres. The covers quickly accumulated hundreds and thousands of streams while catching the attention of major blogs and artists. Shortly after, she signed with the label Ultra Music and self-released her first original songs entitled “Wake Up” and “Anything For You" in 2016. The two showcased her exceptional writing ability to the public.

At the start of 2017, Chelsea released her next single, “Your Shirt,” which quickly brought her into the spotlight. The song rapidly garnered over 30 million Spotify streams and went on to become the lead single from her self-written and self-produced debut EP, Snow In October, which released on October 6. The EP, which also featured the follow-up singles, “You Make Me” and “Sixteen,” helped solidify her place as one of the most exciting and emerging pop-EDM artists of 2017. She was a part of Refinery29’s Next Generation Of Music Superstars and was cosigned by MTV.

She kicked off 2018 on her first national tour supporting Quinn XCII, with whom she collaborated with on “Giving Up Ground” from her October 2017 EP, Snow in October, and “Flare Guns.” In addition to the collaborations, Chelsea also lent her vocals and penmanship on songs for Louis The Child, Adventure Club, Chet Porter, and ayokay. In 2018, she also released her mixtapes Sleeping With Roses and its sequel, Sleeping With Roses II. She later released an EP titled brent in collaboration with Jeremy Zucker on May 3, 2019.

Chelsea began 2020 by releasing her debut album, How To Be Human, which took two years to create and released on January 17, 2020.
