J'Sawes Vulgar

James are an English rock band formed in Manchester in 1982. They were most popular in the 1990s and are one of the defining bands of the Madchester era.

The band were originally a folk rock band, but with the addition of a few members in 1989, the band shifted their music direction to their familiar alternative rock style.

Following the departure of lead vocalist Tim Booth in 2001, the band became inactive, but reformed in 2007.

The band have released sixteen studio albums so far.
