There are at least four artists with this name. 1) Betsy is a Russian singer from Saint Petersburg. She's best known for her songs "Pump It Up" and "Simple dimpl pop it squish", which both went viral on TikTok. 2) When Bitch's S&M-themed heavy metal failed to reach commercial success, the band softened their sound and image, and recorded under the name of lead vocalist Betsy (Weiss). Their sole release, the 1988 Betsy album, also failed to ignite the charts, and the band reverted to their previous moniker, and sound. Read more on Last.fm
