Introducing Marko Tolja: Marko Tolja is a Croatian pop artist who has released 4 albums in his native language. The song “Back To Basics” is a product of his collaboration with a few Croatian authors (Ivan Pesut, Zvjezdan Ruzic), but also the first internationally targeted single and probably your first opportunity to discover his talent.
After the original “swing vibe” version, the idea was to put the song in different clubbing perspectives – so it was a great honour and pleasure to be “treated” by one of the hottest remix names in the business – Mike Rizzo. Mike was pretty honest and agreed to work only if he would be able to add some dance flavour. The results are obvious – with the help from Lenny B a strong dance statement was created – and I hope you’ll enjoy it as much we do.
